The Human Rights Council this morning held a general debate on technical assistance and capacity building. Francesco Motta, Chief of the Asia Pacific Section at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, presented the report of the Secretary-General on Cambodia, the report of the High Commissioner for Human Rights on Georgia, and the report of the High Commissioner for Human Rights on Yemen on 5 October and a summary can be found here. The three countries were given the floor this morning to speak as countries concerned.
